Delete your PsyTrade data

PsyTrade has no sign-in. Your journal is linked to an anonymous identity that the app keeps on your phone, so deletion starts in the app.

In the app

1. Open PsyTrade and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete all my data and confirm.

This deletes, on our server: your anonymous user record, devices, rules and rule text, schedules, day logs, feedback including any contact details, and usage events. Then it clears the data on your phone. You need an internet connection; if the server cannot be reached, nothing is deleted and the app says so.

If you no longer have the app

Reinstall PsyTrade on the same Apple ID or Google account: it finds your anonymous identity and restores your journal, and you can then delete it as above. If that is not possible, email calm@psytrade.app with the approximate date you started and your trading days; we delete the records we can match and tell you what we could not find.
