Common questions

• I don't get the reminder before my session. Check that notifications are on for PsyTrade in your phone's settings, and that your trading days and start time are right in Settings > Schedule.
• The rule can't be edited. Your rule locks while a session is running. Log today's result and it unlocks.
• I logged the wrong result. Tap Undo within 10 minutes. After that the day is final, so your count never goes down.
• New phone or reinstalled the app. Your rule days come back automatically on the same Apple ID or Google account. No sign-in is needed.
• Delete my data. See how to delete your data.
